Our service is fast & efficient, if we receive instructions before 2 PM we can draft and dispatch the eviction notices the same day.

When tenants simply refuse to pay rent and threaten to damage a landlords property this can be a stressful time for many landlords. In some cases the situation can get worse when a landlord issue’s a claim for possession and in turn the tenant wrongly alleges disrepair.

Majority of landlords only own one property and in some cases as a result of social mobility or divorce are landlords by default rather than choice. When some landlords face problem tenants the cost of litigation especially if the landlord faces a counterclaim can be very costly. Some landlords simply do not have the funds to deal with problem tenants and unlike the tenant a landlord may not be entitled to legal aid.

In such cases at our discretion we will fund and arrange representation for private landlords who would otherwise be denied justice from our own funds free of charge.
